Shipping Policy

Here at Flock we do our best to provide a speedy delivery service for our customers but due to Flock outsourcing our deliveries, we cannot guaranty no delays on delivery.

 

Once an order is received and payment has been made, you will be sent an email confirming the receipt of your order.

Please allow for 2 to 3 working days for your order to be procced and collected by our courier service provider.

Once your order has been collected by our courier service provider, we will provide you with the tracking number of your purchase.

You should receive your order within 7 working days once your order has been placed. If there are any delays with regards to delivery, our Flock team will email you directly, informing you of the delay and the new expected delivery time line.

 

Please note that Flock/Flock Moto reserves the right to advertise free shipping or shipping deals on our website. Keep a look out for these great deals.

 

Returns Policy

  1. Flock will accept returns once we have checked that the items are unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. 
  2. If it is to be found that the returned item/s have been worn, used, washed and not in original packing with all original tags attached, no refund or exchange will be allowed and the items will be returned to sender via courier at the senders cost.
  3. The returns form needs to be filled in and submitted before sending the items for return to Flock. To access the return form, click here.
  4. We will respond and inform you if your reasoning for returning the items is valid before unnecessary courier costs are incurred.
  5. It is the purchasers responsibility to insure they have purchased to correct size, colour (may vary from website) and item/style. Please contact Flock for further information on products should you require more information.
  6. If orders are canceled after delivery has been made and the products are returned in the state mentioned above (No:1) a full refund will be given but the courier fees on returning the items will be on the purchaser.
